Returns & Exchanges

At Mad About the Boy, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer simple returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
